Morale was at its highest in the City of Glasgow College last Thursday as staff and students prepared for a much welcomed Royal visit.
Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall visited the Cathedral Street campus to see the work done by hospitality students sponsored by the Prince’s Trust.
The visit gave students and staff at the college a much needed positive boost, especially after news of cuts, which faces colleges in Scotland, including the City of Glasgow College.
One student from the City of Glasgow College said: “Any student who studies at the City of Glasgow College should be proud and honoured that Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall visited City of Glasgow. I think the visit will bring good and positive coverage for the college and everyone who works and studies there.”
